German Speaking Customer Services Agent
Our client based in Cheshire, a reputable, market leader in retail urgently requires a German
Speaking Customer Services Agent to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
The primary objective will be to make outbound calls and take inbound calls in German
Skills & Knowledge of the German Call Centre Agent:
* Good telephone and sales skills, experience in customer service or sales. Good negotiation skills
* Ability to work within small operations team to assist the achievement of company goals
* Basic computer knowledge and administration skills
* Good knowledge of the organisation
Experience the German Call Centre Agent needs
* Strong telephone experience gained in a busy office environment
* Customer focused
Personal Qualities of any German Call Centre Agent
* Able to work under your own initiative, you will be well organised and able to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines.
* Ability to show compassion, build rapport and promote the Company product.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* Confident and positive attitude
* Good telephone communications skills and ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining diplomatic.
