We combine several methods of searching to ensure that you get access to the most suitable candidates for your vacancies including database, advertised, network recommendations and head-hunt search.  In many cases, particularly at board level, we are aware that there may be only very few individuals who are able to fulfill the criteria of your appointments.  We can, by prior agreement, undertake a targeted headhunt.  This will involve detailed strategy discussions with you to agree on the people to target.  We will then confidentially approach potential candidates on your behalf, produce a list of possibilities, pre-screen, interview and present a comprehensive shortlist for you.  This method, although more time consuming, is guaranteed to find exactly the right individual.
