Role of Business Travel Consultant:
•Arranging air travel for a multitude of business travel accounts
•Ensure a fast and efficient telephone answering service
•Develop and maintain excellent rapport to encourage strong relationships with clients
•Ability to work independently but also work well as part of a team
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Necessary skills required:
• A minimum of two years' experience gained within the business travel sector
• Good working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong team player
• Positive and motivated approach
• Outstanding customer service and account management skills
