How to get started
Select the course that you would like to study by clicking here, and book it on line. We will then process your details and send you an individual log on code. When you receive this all you need is access to the Internet at a time that is convenient for you to study, download the Courseware Browser follow all of the instructions on the system to get started.
You can choose to study any of the courses, however you must complete the Airline Reservations courses before proceeding to fares and ticketing. All of the systems are used widely throughout the travel industry; we have detailed each courses content and cost to help you decide which one will suit you. As well as booking the courses individually you can book them together in blocks if it suits your situation and budget. We want to make your on line training as flexible and as convenient as possible.
System Access
The relationship between AA Appointments Training and VIASINC gives us the ability to deliver your on-line solution from our own server. This means that you have the support, speed and an overall better training experience with us. We send you the log on and instructions to access the training sessions. You will be asked to download a Courseware Browser when you log on for the first time, after that you do not need any further advanced software or faster links such as Broadband. The courses have been designed to work at your pace, no matter how fast or slow your Internet link may be.
