How to follow the courses
The courses are delivered through numerous lessons, exercises, quizzes and assessments to ensure that you completely understand the system and are confident when using it. The courses simulate the actual system you would use in a “real” working environment and includes flight timetables, fares, car hire and hotel information.
Lesson Modules
Easy to follow tutorials where new material is presented and explained.
Exercise Modules
These present realistic simulations of Travel Agency and Airline work environments. The exercises feature scenarios that you need to build a complete booking. As you progress through the system the exercises test your understanding and challenge your knowledge on what you have learned at each stage.
Quiz Modules
Making sure you understand the material covered, these quizzes are designed to show you how much you have learned during each lesson.
Drill Modules
Not all of the courses contain drills. They are additional practice of the queries taught in the lesson.
Exam Modules
At the end of each course there is an exam to test your overall knowledge of the material. You have to complete the exam in a controlled environment. Once you have finished the exam and the score is checked you can apply for your certificate and IATA (ATTRP) points.
