Many of our clients place their recruitment requirements with us on an exclusive agency basis.
Although you will see a good selection of our current opportunities on this web site, due to the confidential nature of more senior positions, many cannot be advertised. We recommend that you always contact us as even if we are not currently working on an assignment that fits your background, as we will pro-actively search the marketplace in consultation with yourself. We aim to work in partnership with you, from the initial consultation through to the final appointment.
FOR CLIENTS
We combine several methods of searching to ensure that you get access to the most suitable candidates for your vacancies including a database or advertised search. In many cases, particularly at Board Level, we are aware that there may be only very few individuals who are able to fulfill the criteria of your appointments. We can by agreement, undertake a targeted headhunt. This will involve detailed strategy discussions with you to agree on the people to target. We will then confidentially approach potential candidates on your behalf, produce a list of possibilities, pre-screen, interview and present a comprehensive shortlist for you. This method, although more time consuming, is guaranteed to find exactly the right individual.
