Overview
This course focuses on you performing to your full potential when delivering a presentation to colleagues, managers or customers. It has been designed to give you the necessary tools from preparation to delivery. All participants will prepare and deliver a presentation as part of the course.

• Use tips to improve your self-confidence and calm exterior. 
• Develop positive language and body language triggers to remain positive throughout the presentation.
• Enhance your own presentation skills. 
• Plan and prepare the presentation.
• Use a simple structure to make delivery easier.
• Deliver your presentations in a more confident professional way.

Preparing the presentation
Plan to meet the needs of your audience and your objectives.
Prepare your material and guidance notes.
Rehearse - perfecting your delivery and timing.

Using visual aids 
Utilise the most effective visual aid.
Put together helpful visual aids.
Maintain control of your visual aids.

Maintaining control and projecting professionalism
The effect of confidence on the audience.
Overcome nerves and building your confidence.
Build rapport - understanding your audience. 

Presentation skills
Body language - how it affects audience reaction.
Positive eye contact.
Maintain audience attention.
Present in a style that attracts your audience.

Holding interest when speaking
Project your voice - speaking with authority and confidence in a persuasive manner.
Use positive language and appropriate gestures.

Handling difficulties when presenting
What difficulties may arise?
Be prepared for unexpected problems.
Deal with negativity from your audience.

Duration:  2 day  (2 days do not have to be taken consecutively)
Suggested maximum number of participants: 10

Individuals who have to deliver presentations in front of a group. Either at meetings, sales presentations, conferences etc. No matter what level, this course enhances confidence and calms nerves.
