Our client, a luxury 5 star hotel in Melbourne CBD is seeking a front office professional to lead a 5 star team! You will be guest focused and must be able to meet company objectives of providing 100% guest satisfaction.

Your main duties in this role will be managing the large Front Office team, rostering, managing staff performance, training and development of staff, assisting with guest enquires and ensuring effective communication within all departments.

If you have strong management skills, impeccable grooming and presentation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations, you’re the front office superstar we’re looking for!
